  • C-4Ward is an Agricultural initiative in which many communities act as a Decentralized Autonomous Organization. With proper management, these farms/homesteads/farmsteads/hobby shops can Self Sustain as well as flourish together. C-4Ward is Originated in Louisiana, and as such should provide for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity efforts to include Natural Disasters such as 2021 Hurricane Ida. The model farm used, is one which has undergone preparations for natural disaster, is ready for off grid sustainment, and is defensible in social economic collapse

Community Guidelines

10 Year Growth Cycle
Outlined are a suggested outline. 
Cycle 1 - 
Ages 2-10, (no later than 13), mostly Academic, arts and crafts, basic animal care
  • Community time
    • ​individual chores (petitioned by guardians/parents, selected by C-4 Council)
    • academic studies - Language Arts (English and Latin), studies as outlined by C-4ward Council directive (computer augmented sessions)
    • agility training, martial arts, gymnastics, sports
    • board games (checkers, chess), and reading time
    • story time
    • release to guardians/parents 
Cycle 2 - Ages 9-18, (no later than 20), Segments into 4 training paths
  • Red Team (Outreach) See addendum
  • Blue Team (Security) See addendum
  • Yellow Team (Engineer) See addendum
  • Brown Team (Community) - directive controlled by C-4Ward Council
Cycle 3 - Ages 17 - 41, (No later than 61) Apprenticeship, Journeyman, Master Class, Specializations
  • Apprenticeship - Must be promoted by evaluation by 3 unbiased Master Class members
    • ​Promotion rate:
      • Class 1 - ​Freshman - 6 months
      • Class 2 - Sophomore - 6 months
      • Class 3 - Junior - 1 year
      • Class 4 - Senior - Until Selected
  • Journeyman - Period of time allowed to work alone, or on a team.
    • Promotion rate:
      • Class 1  - 2 years
      • Class 2  - 4 years
      • Class 3 - 6 years
      • Class 4 - 8 years 
  • ​​Master Class
    • ​Promotion rate:
      • ​Mentor - appointment
      • Director - appointment
      • Council (C-4) - appointment
  • ​Specializations
    • Must present thesis work or petition C-4Ward and Q2 Council for acceptance
      • ​Must benefit community needs and Quorum agenda
    • Upon successful completion, move into Teaching/Mentorship position
Cycle 4 - Ages 61+, Teaching, Retirement, or explicit Leadership position by appointment. 
  • Teaching: Move into a light duty role with Cycle 1 members
  • Retirement: Responsible for appropriate chores as dictated upon retirement by C-4Ward Council
  • Leadership: Even with appointment, must path a physical and mental health assessment​

Management - Bright Team: (Risk Management Priorities)
  • Architect- Maintains this document, focuses on Risk Management
    • Scribe - minimum 2. One must be of Cycle 3, Journeyman Class 2 or higher
      • ​Carries out the directives of the Architect
      • Maintains file organization
  • Spiritual Leader - Oversees all activities that are spiritual in nature. 
    • ​Cleric - minimum of 2, One must be of Cycle 3 Apprentice Class 3 or higher
      • Carries out the directives of the Spiritual Leader
      • Conducts random and periodic assessments on the Community

CAUTION: Do not push religion, biases, or personal beliefs. Share practices such as Buddhism, Taoism, and others. 
If Religion is practiced, ensure that more than 1 is studied. Do not teach the Bible without also teaching the Quran.

Note for Management positions, use a "Dread Pirate Roberts" approach, use disguise and create a persona, that can be easily passed from person to person. This will add a layer of continuity and avoid disruption or dramatic events.

Humans are not divided by RACE. We are one people with different cultures that should be celebrated and shared. In the event that DNA testing is no longer available, it has been proven that all humans share the same roots. It is more important to focus on what makes a person successful, rather than what makes them unsuccessful.

The Bahamut is an amphibious, mobile command center. The design is expressly unfinished, as it is modifiable and dependent on circumstances. 
  • Vehicle can be scaled up or down
  • Use in marsh or soggy terrain 
  • Defensible Structures, detach, and arrange as needed
    • The high side should be fortified to protect against gunfire
